With our Quality Assurance team we can prevent the software from bugs and incorrect behavior. We follow a strict test plan before the product is given to the customer. Our test lab produces QA testing results that can be used to check the product's quality. It also identifies any improvement opportunities the application may need (performance and effectiveness). We also provide our client access to our online bug tracking application (Mantis) to report any unexpected behavior in the product. Our QA team will then follow up and fix the problem. |
